About Dimantika

A small Polish technology company, building the boring kind of AI.

We're two founders and one AI teammate in Gdańsk, shipping products for workflows people actually do — not the ones in a pitch deck. This is the longer version of that.

Our story

Dimantika Sp. z o.o. was founded in 2024, in Gdańsk, by Dzmitry and Anzhalika Vladyka — after several years of building AI features inside other people's products and noticing the same pattern everywhere.

The pattern: AI models are spectacular at the first 80% of any workflow and costly at the last 20%. The companies winning with AI aren't building chatbots or demos — they're quietly automating the dull, repeating sequences that used to take an afternoon and now take five minutes.

So we started a studio to build exactly those products. ViralFaceless.io was first — text to a full short-form video, because every faceless creator on earth was running the same seven-step pipeline by hand. CompliCode followed — open-source license compliance, because every engineering team ships GPL by accident at least once, and the cost of finding out late is painful.

Two products, one principle: automate repetitive, high-friction work people actually do.

Founders

Two people, one codebase.

Dzmitry Vladyka

Dzmitry Vladyka

Co-founder · Engineering

Writes the code that ships. Fifteen years across AI infrastructure, media pipelines, and developer tooling. Owns the product engineering for both ViralFaceless and CompliCode.

Anzhalika Vladyka

Anzhalika Vladyka

Co-founder · Operations

Runs operations, partnerships, customer research, and everything that keeps a two-product studio from collapsing under its own scope. Previously in product ops at two European scale-ups.

AI teammate

Lumik, our third teammate.

If we're going to ship AI products, we ought to work with one. Lumik is our Chief Automation Officer.

AI teammate · Chief Automation Officer

Handles the tedious middle of every project, so humans don't.

Lumik drafts the first version of everything we ship — research briefs, release notes, scripts, support replies, commit summaries. It's also how we dog-food our own thesis: if an AI can't usefully automate the boring 60% of a studio's week, we're probably wrong about what we're selling.

Principles

How we think about building things.

01

Real workflows, not demos

We build for users who open our software on a Monday morning and use it to finish a task they already have. If it doesn't save a known hour, we don't ship it.

02

Boring infra, interesting products

Postgres, TypeScript, Python — the stuff that's been load-bearing for a decade. We save novelty for the product surface, where users actually notice it.

03

Ship weekly, adjust weekly

A release every Friday, a review every Monday. The rhythm keeps disagreements cheap and product debt visible before it compounds.

04

AI as leverage, not decoration

LLMs go in the parts of a product where the ROI is measurable. Everywhere else, plain software wins. We don't add AI to things just to have AI in them.

05

Small on purpose

Two founders, one AI teammate, two products. We'd rather do a narrower thing well than a broader thing approximately. Growth happens when the product needs it, not before.

06

European by default

Based in Gdańsk, incorporated in Poland, working in English and Polish. Privacy and data handling follow EU rules because that's the jurisdiction we actually live in.
